Homemade Pork & Poultry Coating Mix Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
• 4 teaspoon chicken flavored instant bouillon
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 3/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Combine all ingredients well.
2. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
3. Makes sufficient coating mix for 6 pounds chicken parts or possibly 16 pork chops.
4. To Use: Dip chicken or possibly chops in lowfat milk; coat with mix.
5. Bake in 375 degree oven till tender (about 1 hour for chicken, 40 min for chops).
