Chocolate Mint Pie Recipe
- 1 regular pie crust
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated lowfat milk, chilled
- 2-4 tbsp. creme de menthe or possibly 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip
- In large bowl beat chilled Pet lowfat milk and pudding mix for 1 minute.
- Add in extract.
- Mix well.
- Mix in 3/4 of whipped topping.
- Pour into shell.
- Chill 4 hrs.
- Garnish with rest of topping before serving.
