Cactus Chili
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 cans red beans drained
- 1 dash salt
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 medium onions chopped
- Brown the meat along with the onion and garlic.
- Drain off the fat.
- Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated sharp Cheddar and crushed red pepper flakes alongside.
