Cactus Chili

  1. Brown the meat along with the onion and garlic.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated sharp Cheddar and crushed red pepper flakes alongside.
