Baked Beef Stroganoff
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 0.75 (12 ounce) package medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 (12 ounce) packagefrozen mushrooms
- 1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- In large skillet, brown ground beef, drain.
- Add diced onions, stir on med low for 5 minutes.
- In same skillet, layer UNCOOKED noodles over the beef and onion.
- Next layer is the frozen mushrooms.
- Mix soup, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk & garlic powder.
- Pour over the top of noodles and mushrooms.
- Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
- Noodles are al dente.
