Easy Mixed Rice with Canned Kabayaki-Style Pacific Saury
- 700 grams White rice
- 1 can Canned kabayaki style Pacific saury (sanma)
- 3 tbsp *Sake
- 2 tbsp *Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp *Mirin
- 1 tsp *Ginger
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- Rinse the rice and put it into a rice cooker.
- Before adding water, add the * ingredients!
- Then...fill with water up to the 2 cup level, and lightly mix.
- Now, add the canned Pacific saury, liquid and all!
- Now, just set the rice cooker and wait!!
- When it's finished cooking, break up the fish, evenly mix it in, then eat up.
- It's also tasty garnished with green onions!
- Since I didn't have any, I sprinkled on parsley!
- It tasted fine and added nice color, too.
- After adding the water in Step 2, feel free to add your choice of vegetables.
