Low Fat Blueberry Tart

  1. Lighty grease 11-inch round glass pan and dust it with wheat germ.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Add oil and yogurt and mix well.
  4. Spoon the batter into baking pan top with blueberries and some sugar (1-2 tbsp.
  5. will do).
  6. Bake at 390F for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve cooled with fat free vanilla yogurt.
