Peachy Coconut Delight

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine cake mix and coconut; cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 table knives until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press lightly onto the bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Arrange peach slices over crust.
  7. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches.
  8. Blend sour cream and egg; pour over peaches.
  9. Bake 15 minutes or just until set.
