Cheese Sauce over Cauliflower

  1. In a large sausepan, bring 1" of water, cauliflower & salt to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and cook 5-15 minutes.
  3. Or until cauliflower is crisp- tender.
  4. Meanwhile in a small sausepan melt butter.
  5. ; stir in flour & thyme until blended.
  6. Gradually add milk.Bring to a boil.
  7. Cook and stir 2 min.or until thickened.
  8. Reduce heat; add cheese .
  9. Stirring until melted.
  10. Drain and pat cauliflower dry.
  11. Place on serving plate.
  12. Top with cheese sause.Sprinkle with parsley & paprika.
  13. Cut into wedges.
