JELL-O Easy Patriotic Pie

• 1-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
• 1 cup ice cubes, divided
• 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin, or any red flavor
• 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Add 3/4 cup boiling water to blue gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Add 1/2 cup ice cubes; stir until melted.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Refrigerate 5 to 10 min.
6. or until set but not firm.
7. Meanwhile, repeat to dissolve red gelatin mix in separate bowl; stir in remaining ice cubes.
8. Cool 5 min.
9. or until slightly thickened.
10. Spread COOL WHIP over blue gelatin layer in crust; cover with red gelatin.
11. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
