Scoopy Joes

  1. Place a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. When hot, add the beef.
  3. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, break the beef into bite-sized chunks, stirring as you do, until it is no longer pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Turn the heat to low and add the sauce until it is warmed through, 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with the scoops for dipping (or fill the scoops for a fun appetizer, though that will take an extra couple of minutes).
