Healthy Hummus Wraps
- 4 whole Tortillas, Wheat Or Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Hummus, Any Flavor
- 1/2 whole Cucumber, Diced Or Sliced
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 whole Roma Tomato (medium), Diced
- 4 Tablespoons Feta Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Capers
- Spread about 1 tablespoon hummus evenly on each tortilla.
- Place about 3-4 slices of cucumber down the middle of each wrap.
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients (lettuce, tomato, feta and capers) on each wrap evenly.
- Fold and enjoy.
- If you want more protein or more filling, add grilled chicken.
