Crunchy Ice Cream Squares Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 3 c. corn flakes
• 1 c. coconut
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. minced nuts
• 1 quart. vanilla ice cream

1. Stir together butter, sugar, then add in corn flakes, nuts and coconut.
2. Line bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan and layer the ice cream.
3. Sprinkle with the rest of the corn flake mix.
4. Freeze several hrs and serve with chocolate or possibly butterscotch sauce.
