Easy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. After letting them cool, mashed them one by one in a bowl with a fork.
  3. It is easier to take their skin out while you are mashing them.
  4. You can also leave the skin.
  5. Add cheese and the optional slices of red pepper, and mix with the potatoes.
  6. Add butter and put in the microwave for one minute without mixing it yet.
  7. (The reason why there is so much butter, is so you dont have to add milk, cream, water, or salt.)
  8. With the butter already melted, mix it well.
  9. If its too oily/wet, add more potatoes, but mashed them in a separate plate first.
  10. If desire, add more cheese on top and put in the microwave, and finish with black pepper.
  11. Remwmber is a side dish, so serve with moderation.
