Saute salad

  1. Saute chopped onion and sliced bell peppers in olive oil until browned and spinach until thoroughly wilted.
  2. These items cook fully at different rates, so cook them individually.
  3. Place sauteed veggies in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Slice raw button mushrooms into bowl and mix well.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Serve warm over rice or alone.
