Arbys Sauce Clone Recipe

  1. Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 15 - 20 seconds.
  2. Pour ingredients into a small saucepan, heat on medium low.
  3. Simmer gently for twenty min, stirring several times.
  4. After twenty min add in corn starch mix, stir well.
  5. When sauce begins to thickens let simmer on a very low temperature for ten min.
  6. Remove from heat and let cold.
  7. Mix will be similar in thickness to steak sauce.
  8. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
  9. This sauce is a nice change on hamburgers or possibly pastrami, and great dipping sauce for warm wings.
