Chinese Salad And Noodles Recipe

  1. Combine all noodle ingredients on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring well every 15 min.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine first 3 salad ingredients in serving bowl.
  5. Keep thawed peas, mayonnaise and noodles aside.
  6. When ready to serve, toss salad well with mayonnaise.
  7. Add in peas; toss well.
  8. Add in noodles, toss and serve.
