Seafood Fettuccine Recipe
- 3 pound seafood (shrimp, crawfish, crab)
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 bell pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese (Jalapeno)
- 1 bag med. egg noodles or possibly Fettuccine noodles
- Saute/fry butter and vegetables for about 30 min.
- Add in garlic pwdr, seafood, cook about 20 min.
- Add in half and half, flour, cheese and salt, pepper.
- Cook for 20 to 30 min, stirring often.
- Boil noodles then add in to seafood mix.
- Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
