Smartie Rainbow Cake

• 1 lg. egg
• 4 oz. self raising flour
• 4 oz. castor sugar
• 4 oz. margarine
• 1 container Smarties

1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
2. Mix eggs, flour, sugar and margarine together until creamy.
3. Divide mixture into 2 well greased cake tins.
4. Sprinkle Smarties over top of mixtures.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until firm.
6. The colours will have run into the cake by now.
7. Put a layer of buttercream in between the two cakes if desired.
