Jacket Potatoes With Cheesy Salmon Sauce Aust Ww 2.5 Pts

  1. Preheat oven to 190C
  2. Prick each potato 6 times with a skewer
  3. Bake for an hour or until tender.
  4. (or microwave).
  5. Make cheese sauce following the packet instructions, using only 1/2 the recommended quantity of water, so the sauce is fairly thick.
  6. Fold through the salmon.
  7. Cut a cross in the top of each potato and squeeze to open.
  8. Place on serving plates.
  9. Top with the cheesy salmon sauce and scatter with the fresh dill or chives.
  10. Enjoy.
