Louisiana-Style Crab Nibblers
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
- 2 cans (120 g each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 pkt. Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Beat eggs, milk and Miracle Whip in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add stuffing mix and crabmeat; mix well.
- Shape into 16 balls; roll in coating mix until evenly coated.
- Place in 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
- Bake 6 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve with Pepper Sauce for dipping, if desired.
