Bean & Cheese Burrata

  1. Put oil in a large frying pan and heat on med/high
  2. Open cans of beans and drain mose of the liquid.
  3. When oil is hot add your beans
  4. Take either a potato masher or a fork and start smashen!
  5. (Add water if they start getting dry.)
  6. When they are almost to a smooth consistency add salt/pepper and cream cheese.
  7. Then continue to mix till creamy and smooth.
  8. Open you can of enchilada sauce and warm up in a medium pot.
  9. Warm tortillas till they are flexible without breaking
  10. Add preferred amount of beans and 1/4 cup of cheese to each tortilla and roll um up.
  11. Then add enchilada sauce on top then top it off with a 1/4 of cheese and ENJOY!
