Beef Tacos

  1. Cook meat and onion in a pan, in a little oil until the meat browns.
  2. Add seasoning and water.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer, uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  4. Place taco shells on an oven tray and bake at 190C for 5 minutes or microwave 10 seconds per shell.
  5. Fill heated taco shells with meat mixture and top with tomato, avocado, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and taco sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.
