Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

  1. Place dates, peanuts, cacao powder, salt, vanilla extract and water in a food processor.
  2. Pulse on high speed until smooth.
  3. Remove mixture from food processor and roll it into your preferred size of balls.
  4. Set on a serving tray.
  5. Serve!
  6. Note: If your dates are dry, add up to one additional tablespoon of water so that they hold together better.
