Lamb Cutlet Stroganoff

  1. Heat oil in pan, add cutlets, brown on each side.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add onions and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add combine recipe mix and water.
  5. Bring to the boil, return cutlets to pan, simmer 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Serve with steamed rice and steamed vegetables.
