Tabbouleh (Lebanese Salad) Recipe

  1. Soak bulgur in water till soft; 2 to 3 hrs.
  2. Wash parsley and mint and chop fine.
  3. Cut onions into small pcs.
  4. Drain bulgur and combine with parsley, mint and onion.
  5. Stir in extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
  6. The tomato may be minced and stirred in or possibly sliced on top.
  7. If using salsa, fold in thoroughly.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
