Cherry'o Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 crumb crust (9 inch) or possibly 1 baked pastry shell (9 inch)
- 1 pkg. 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. (15 ounce.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (1 pound 6 ounce.) prepared Cherry pie filling (or possibly cherry glaze)
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature; whip till fluffy.
- Gradually add in Eagle Brand lowfat milk while continuing to heat till blended.
- Add in lemon juice and vanilla, blend.
- Pour into crust and chill.
