Braised Pork With Cumin Coriander And Lemon Dressing Recipe

  1. Heat the fat in a pan, and quickly fry the pork till brown.
  2. Add in the white wine, cumin, garlic seasoning and bring to the boil.
  3. Reduce heat and allow to simmer till pork is cooked approximately 45 min to 1 hour.
  4. Add in the lemon segments and black olives.
  5. Adjust the seasoning and add in the coriander.
  6. Dilute the cornflour with a little water and add in the liquid to thicken the sauce.
  7. Serve with saute/fry potatoes cooked in extra virgin olive oil, with a mix of baby vegetables.
