Cuzmopolitan

  1. Start with sliced pineapple in a mixing tin.
  2. Add lemon juice and muddle.
  3. Add the liquors and ice.
  4. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  5. Top with a Pinot Noir floater and garnish with a lemon wheel.
