Maple Country Turkey Sausage
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons grill seasoning
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Combine the ground turkey, maple syrup and grill seasoning, work the meat to combine all the ingredients.
- Form patties 2- to 3-inches round, or meatballs about 2-inches round.
- Place a large skillet over medium high heat with EVOO, brown meat in the skillet for 5-6 minutes, then place on a baking sheet, drizzle them lightly with oil, and finish baking them in the oven until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 5-6 minutes.
