Bok Choy with Cantonese Roast Pork

  1. Wash the bok choy well
  2. Dice the Cantonese roast pork.
  3. Heat oil add pork when heated throughout add bok choy.
  4. Stirring constantly.
  5. When the bok choy is wilted let simmer 4 minutes serve immediately.
