Frozen Fruit (seriously,its just frozen fruit)
- 1 Very ripe fruit
- 1 minimal water used for blending
- Toss ripe fruit in blender with just enough water to blend it into a smooth thick fruit puree.
- I didn't measure but just added 1/8 cup at a time.
- Put puree in clean muffin cups, ice cube trays or very small containers.
- When frozen toss in gallon size labeled freezer bags.
- What you see here is ripe pineapple and canary melon.
