Oh My Goddess Dressing
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaf
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until well blended.
- Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2-3 days.
- Great dressing for a Greek Salad.
