Weight Watchers Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
- 4 ounce. cooked beef
- 6 c. water
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes & juice
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 4 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 Packages Sweet & Low
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1 can French style beans & juice
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr)
- 4 beef bouillon cubes (or possibly 4 teaspoon granules)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Combine all ingredients and simmer as long as desired.
- Whole recipe is: 4 protein ex., 18 vegetable ex., 40 opt.
