Sparkling Pumpkin Muffins

  2. Sprinkle each muffin with 1/2 teaspoon coarse grain sugar.
  3. Serve with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, if desired.
  4. *Substitute 1 cup canned pumpkin.
