Easy Cheesy Corn Bake
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) cream-style corn
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Stir in eggs, corn, creamed corn and cheese.
- Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and baking powder in small bowl.
- Add to liquid mixture; stir until well blended.
- Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until golden brown.
