Weight Watchers Chili Recipe
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 8 ounce. liquid removed, canned red kidney beans
- 6 ounce. cooked grnd beef, crumbled (or possibly grnd turkey)
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 2 ounce. onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine ingredients and simmer for 45 min.
