Cheesy Mushroom-Fish

  1. Heat oven to 450F Place fish in a 9x13 dish; drizzle with dressing.
  2. Bake 25 minutes; top with muxhrooms and cheese.
  3. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. SUBSTITUTE: Prepare using halibut or cod fillets.
