Nettie Cronish's Wasabi Spread
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 4 ounces firm tofu, rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 14 cup fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons wasabi powder
- In food processor, blend together all ingredients until very smooth.
- Will keep, refrigerated, for approximately 5 days.
