Easy baked mac and cheese
- 2 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cup large curd cottage cheese
- 2 cup velveta cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup boiling water
- preheat oven to 350F
- grease medium glass pyrex dish
- add uncooked elbow macaroni to dish
- spread cottage cheese ontop of uncooked macaroni
- cut velveta cheese into cubes and arrange ontop of cottage cheese
- top with butter
- before putting in oven add the 2 cups boiling water to dish ***do not stir***
- bake uncovered 30-40 minutes, stiring halfway through
- after cook time let sit about 5 minutes, enjoy!
