Asian Sesame-Seared Steak

  1. Pour vinaigrette over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak with vinaigrette.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning after 2 hours.
  3. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Grill steak 7 to 8 min.
  6. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  7. Transfer steak to cutting board.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
