Vickys No-Bake Energy Bombs, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 75 grams gluten-free rolled oats
- 5 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 20 grams dessicated coconut
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
- 6 tbsp nut or seed butter (peanut butter, sunbutter etc, I have a recipe for sunflower seed butter posted)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp chopped nuts, seeds, choc chips, dried fruits etc
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix the wet together in another
- Add the dry to the wet and combine well with your hands
- Divide the mixture and form into small balls with your hands.
- You should get 16 - 18
- Keep in a lidded container in the fridge for as long as they last!
