Lemon Cupcakes with Lemon Glaze

  1. bake yellow cupcakes according to directions on box.
  2. when done, let cool.
  3. refridgerate 30 minutes.
  4. after 30 minutes, remove from fridge.
  5. use a fork to poke holes in cupcakes.
  6. as many holes per cake as you can get without tearing cake apart.
  7. cook jello according to directions on box.
  8. while still warm, spoon jello over each cupcake.
  9. (about 3-4 tbspn each)
  10. when done, put cupcakes back in fridge for 2 hours.
  11. put confectioner's sugar and lemon juice in bowl and mix.
  12. this is the glaze.
  13. adjust amounts if its too thick or runny.
  14. put glaze on top of cupcakes.
  15. garish with lemon zest.
