Armenian Chaimen - Spicy Rub for Beef Jerky or Appetizer Spread

  1. Place all the ingredients in bowl and mix well (the mixture is reached the consistency of paste).
  2. Place in a jar.
  3. Keep it in the refrigerator at least one day before serve.
  4. Serve with toasted pita bread or toasted bread wedges.
  5. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
  6. Note- Fenugreek or commonly called HELBA can be found in Middle Eastern or Indian shops.
