Afternoon Tea Biscuits

  1. Add milk to dry ingredients.
  2. Stir quickly with fork.
  3. Turn out on floured board, pat down flat and cut into desired shapes.
  4. Prick each with a fork and brush with milk, bake 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh berries, jam or cream if desired.
