Flora's Beer Tenderloin

  1. In a 13X9 pan.
  2. Lay the diced onion and bell pepper evenly out.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin pieces (cut an inch thick) on the onions and pepper.
  4. Pour the beer on the bottom of the pan.
  5. Then bake for about an hour at 350F, or until the meat is fully cooked.
