Flora's Beer Tenderloin
- 1 Pork Tenderloin *plain or Mesquite flavored*
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 bottle of beer
- In a 13X9 pan.
- Lay the diced onion and bell pepper evenly out.
- Place the pork tenderloin pieces (cut an inch thick) on the onions and pepper.
- Pour the beer on the bottom of the pan.
- Then bake for about an hour at 350F, or until the meat is fully cooked.
