Beefy Cheese and Potato Casserole

• 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
• 4 green onions, sliced
• 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
• 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Brown meat in skillet; drain.
3. Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Top with layers of meat, vegetables and salsa; cover.
5. Bake 40 min.
6. or until heated through.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
8. or until melted.
