Monkey Bread Recipe
- 4 cans refrigerator biscuits (about 40)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. pecans, raisins and/or possibly coconut, if you like
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pcs.
- Pour sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix.
- Add in biscuit pcs, several at a time; shake to coat well.
- Place pcs in a buttered tube or possibly Bundt pan till all are used.
- Sprinkle layers with nts, raisings or possibly coconut.
- Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in saucepan.
- Cold 10 min, then pou over tp of biscuits.
- Bake at 350F for 45 min.
- Allow to cold 15 min before removing from pan.
- Turn upside down to serve.
