Buffalo Wing Wontons

  1. Saute chicken breast until done.
  2. Chop into small chunks.
  3. Mix chopped breast with remaining ingredients (except wonton skins).
  4. Place wonton skins in a small muffin pan.
  5. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture into each wonton "cup" and tightly fold in corners.
  6. Bake for 7-8 minutes at 450 degrees F or until golden brown.
