Buffalo Wing Wontons
- 1 lb chicken breast, season with salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons frank's hot sauce
- 12 cup chunky blue cheese dressing (more if desired)
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 12 package store-bought wonton
- Saute chicken breast until done.
- Chop into small chunks.
- Mix chopped breast with remaining ingredients (except wonton skins).
- Place wonton skins in a small muffin pan.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture into each wonton "cup" and tightly fold in corners.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes at 450 degrees F or until golden brown.
