JELL-O Quick-Set Juicy Cups
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold orange juice
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add enough ice cubes to juice to measure 1 cup.
- Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Refrigerate 10 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in oranges.
- Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes or cups.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Store in refrigerator.
