Herbed Corn On The Cob Recipe

  1. Pull back husks from corn, leaving husks attached at base of cob; remove silks.
  2. Rinse corn and pat dry.
  3. Pull husks up over corn.
  4. Rinse corn in husks; Don't DRAIN.
  5. Arrange on grill; cook till done.
  6. MICROWAVE: Arrange corn on paper towels in microwave oven.
  7. Cover with waxed paper.
  8. Microwave on HIGH for 16 to 18 min, rearranging after 8 min.
  9. let stand 5 min; remove husks.
  10. Combine butter and salad herbs; spread 1 tsp.
  11. butter mix over each ear of corn.
  12. Yield: six servings (100 calories each).
